No doubt the long propaganda war of the priesthood in DF has succeeded, and now the government is even talking about disposing human rights treaties.
On the other hand inspiration is right before you; our allies USA and UK have long practiced ignorance - hell the US havent signed a load of international treaties. The UK, meaning Teflon-Tony Blair, is preparing for election and as signals of 'tougher on crime and refugees' started to merge from the Conservatives, and then Tony made policy which has been so succesful the last two elections: he adopted the policy from the Tories, and thus hold all the cards.
