inferno: updates

The team of inferno will meet gain in April in Athens for the last part of the rehearsal.

inferno will premiere on 28th April 2011 at the Dansens Dage festival in Copenhagen at Lille Carl/DanseHallerne.

Thereafter inferno will go on touring in London and Greece in May 2011.


















inferno: description
inferno is a performance inspired by the myth of Prometheus, accounts of Guantanamo Bay detention camp and writings of Albert Camus.


The performance explores issues of imprisonment, torture, human rights and also human body-and-mind as the target/context of violence.


inferno is also an experiment in incorporating lecture, theater and dance.


The rehearsals take place in Greece, the UK and Denmark in October and November 2010 and January and April 2011. The performance will premiere in Copenhagen on 28 April 2011, followed by tour of Greece and the UK in spring 2011.
