GOOSSUN ART-ILLERY WORKSHOP IN ATHENS

In collaboration with Atropos & Kinitiras.

Goossun Art-illery returns to Athens to produce its new performance inferno, a co-production between Denmark, Greece and the UK. For this occasion Goossun Art-illery, in collaboration with Atropos, organizes an intensive 5-day workshop in which the director and the performer of inferno will share their working methods with participants.

Vahid, director of Goossun Art-illery will run a four-day Pre-Expressivity & Scenic Presence workshop, followed by one day of training entitled Theatre of Connection lead by inferno’s performer, Stamatis Eftasthiou. This is a great professional development opportunity for dancers and actors to learn about the elaborate training method of Goossun Art-illery as well as participating in conception of a creative process between two outstanding artists from Iranian and Greece.

Dates: 6th – 10 October 2010, 9:00 to 16:30 with one-hour lunch break.

Notes:

1. •The workshop will be given in English and Greek, but each participant should memorize a short text in his/her native language prior to the workshop.
   

2. •This workshop involves heavy physical exercises.
   

3. •There is place for a maximum of 12 participants, so book early to avoid disappointment.
